Contact me.

I’m glad you are here.

In response to the coronavirus pandemic, I am currently only taking clients in Texas virtually through a confidential online video platform to ensure safety and continued support during this uncertain time. I am here to to provide therapy to you from the comfort of your own home - all you need is a device with access to internet, microphone, and camera and we can connect on a HIPAA compliant platform. And yes, sweatpants are welcome.

If you would like to schedule an online video appointment or a free 15 minute consultation please feel free to reach out to me via phone, text, email, or message below - whichever feels most comfortable for you. I look forward to hearing from you!

Investment:

50 minute sessions are $160 for individuals and $190 for couples, parenting, or family sessions.

Ecotherapy Austin is private pay only, meaning we are not contracted as a provider with any insurance carrier. We can provide you with a superbill and some insurance companies reimburse for out-of-network services. Taking insurance means there’s a requirement for a diagnosis, and we’re not in the business of diagnosing here!

Because we believe therapy should be accessible, we offer a sliding scale reduced rate based on financial need and with preference given to those who hold marginalized identities. These slots are available on a first come, first serve basis. We are also happy to provide referrals to other clinicians in the area so that you can find the best fit.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost:

  • When beginning therapy with Ecotherapy Austin, you will be provided a Disclosure Form which details the agreed upon cost per session, which will be signed before therapy begins. All fees will be notated in the Disclosure form.

  • You are welcome at any point in treatment to ask for an additional Good Faith Estimate for the total cost of therapy (Fee x Estimated Number of Sessions). Note that the number of sessions is challenging to estimate because the healing process can be very subjective. Therefore, your therapist and you will work together on coming up with this number based on your goals for treatment and their expertise.

  • For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit http://www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
